a. Types and sizes:
The products of medical appliances include over 2000 types and sizes
of operating and special apparatuses and surgical implants for general
surgery, osteology, otorhinolaryngology, ophtalmology, stomatology and
gynecology and obstetrics, etc., which are necessary for clinical diagnosis,
operation, nursing and implantation in hospitals. For the operating apparatuses,
there are hemostat forceps, eptrating scissors, tissue forceps, sponge
forceps, needle holding forceps, bone holding forceps, cutting forceps
ad forming forceps, etc., The hemostat forceps which consist in the loading
products are available in straight nose and bent-nose types and in the
sizes of 12.5cm, 14cm, 16cm, 18cm, 20cm, 22cm, and 24cm, etc.,
b. Material and Process:
The products are made of high-quality stainless steel any finished
through forging, machining, heat treatment and molybdenum surface treatment.
The hemostat forceps have lived up to the standard of "Snake"
Brand forceps made in Germany and won the title of "National Superior-Quality
Product"
The surgical implants are made of diamond-base alloy and titanium alloy
and finished through advanced processes of isothermal casting, digitally-controlled
machining, sterilization and packing. The artificial half pelvises and
fall hip joints have been awarded the "National Invention Prize"
while the vertebral are root fixers have been granted the national patent
and the artificial hip joints the CMD product quality certi- fication mark.

The products are made of high-quality alloy steel and stainless steel
and finished trough forging, machining, heat treatment and surface treatment.
manufactured to the world advanced standard (DIN 58296-III-1979), the products
have the advantages of fall range, exquisite design, easy handling and
safely and reliable performance. A comparison in quality between part kinds
of the products and their equivalents of a world advanced level by other
manufacturers has shown that these products have reached the level of "Snake"
Brand products made in Germany and that of the products by Stanley Company,
U.S.A.
1. The gripping pliers, cutting pliers, hemostats forceps and the osteologizal
implantation and non- implantation operating apparatuses made by this company
were certificated to ISO 9002 quality system by China Commodity Inspection
and Certification Centre in 1995 (Certificate NO. 3200 95 033)
2. The products of artificial hip joints were granted CMD product quality
certification mark in 1997 by China Medical Appliance Product Certification
Committee according to GB/T 19002-1994-ISO 9002: 1994 and YY/ TO288-1996-ISO
13488: 1996 standards.
For the leading products of this incorporation, the hemostat forceps have
been awarded a national silver medal, 16 Pieces of product for osteologizal
apparatuses have won a national creative medal and provicial and municipal
science and technology progressive medals respectively and their out put
and sales volume have got the first place in China, and the metal toools
were awarded silver medals respectively in the U.S. International Fair
and Peijing International Fair.
These products hold a domestic market share of 25% and a provincial market
share of 70.00%, the former ranking first in the trade in China.
