Yixing Cereals and Oil Group Rice
Co.,Ltd. is the key enterprise subordinate to Yixing Grain Administration
Bureau as well as the leading enterprise in the industrialization
of agricultural products in Jiangsu Province. With integration of
the production and marketing, the company is mainly engaged in the
processing and wholesale of grain, edible oil, fodder and agricultural
by-products. With the total registered capital of 15.2 million Yuan,
the company now owns 4 production lines for polished rice with daily
processing capacity of rice of 780tons and the capacity of warehouse
of 20,000 Tons. The products of the company mainly include "Longyuan"
brand polished rice,rice bran oil and rice by-products. The subordinate
companies of the enterprise include Sino-Japan joint venture Yixing
Longyuan Rice Co.,Ltd., Jiangsu Xingwang Rice Co.,Ltd. which is
a joint venture with Taiwan's Wangwang Group and Yixing Yifeng Grain
Administration Department.
The company adopts the operation mode of "company +
agricultural technical department + production base + farmer"
to plant the rice through ordering from farmers. The company has
implemented strict management in the operation and has high strength
in the processing technology. The rice mills, stone removal machines,
polishing machines and color sorting machines etc bought from Japan
Satake Company are being used in the processing of rice; all the
products are manufactured strictly according to GB1354-86 and NY/T419-2000
standards. The products of our company have been exported to more
than 20 foreign countries and regions including United States, Canada,
Japan, Hong Kong, Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa;
We have considerable market share of our products particularly in
Japan and Hong Kong.
The company is now the executive director of the sub-association
for rice under China Grain Association. In 2000, the company was
certified as the designated manufacturer for standard sample of
rice by the State Grain Administration Bureau; and again in 2002,
“Longyuan” brand special late nonwaxy rice was approved as the “quality
assured rice” in the country, the first ever in China and famous
products both in Wuxi city and Jiangsu Province as well as the quality
trustworthy product in Jiangsu province; the company has been ISO
9001: 2000 quality management system certified; Also in 2003, “Longyuan”
brand special nonwaxy rice and special glutinous rice were approved
as A class green food by China Green Food Development Center; In
2004, “Longyuan” brand organic rice was certified as organic food
and AA class green food by China Organic Food Certification Center
(COFCC); and “Longyuan” trademark has been awarded as the famous
trademark in Jangsu Province by Jiangsu Provincial Industry and
Commercial Administration Bureau ; the enterprise was also named
as one of China’s first “ enterprise honoring business credibility”
by the expert appraisal committee of China General Chamber of Commerce.
And in 2007, “Longyuan” rice was titled with “famous brand in China”
