• SUPERFINISHING MACHINES

Superfinishing machine: Matched with bearing grinder, used to super finish raceway or track of workpiece with min. I.D. of 3mm and max. O.D . of 360mm, such as cylinderical roller, conical roller, cylindrical face and conical fact. Used with bearing machines, they may form comlete set of equipment for bearing and automobile industries.

• INTERNAL GRINDERS

Internal grinders: Normal, semi-automatic, CNC horizontal internal grinders with a diameter range from 3 to 500 [(or 2,000 mm)M28200] mm, vertical internal grinders, vertical planet internal grinders and deep- hole internal grinders, Suitable for cylinder sleeves, jaws, nozzles, r ollers, cones, internal spherical surface of universal joint outer cage, spindle hole and face, hole and face of gears.

• BEARING GRINDERS

Bearing grinders: Series of roller bearing ring, internal grinders for bearing ring with I.D. of inner ring down to 3 mm and O.D. of outer ring up to 50 mm, external grindrers, endface(ribs and bottom of rings ) grinders and roller grinders for conical roller and sphere roller, or conical roller shperical surface grinders, etc.. High productivity auto matic equipment and automatic lines for bearing and automobile industri es can be supplied. With high accuracy, in batches, 80 percen bearings can reach E-level, and some even reach D-level.
