State-owned Xuzhou Press Systems Co., Ltd is one of the "large-scale industry enterprises" in China.

Our company specializes in manufacturing kinds of metal-forming equipment with a history of 40 years. Our main products are hydraulic presses. Of them, the models YX32-315, 500 have awarded excellent quality certificate of the Ministry. They are famous products of Jiangsu province. D99 Series Rotary Forging Machines

Feature and application:
The series machine has two types: vertical and horizontal. With the hydraulic-electric control system, the machine has two working ways: adjusting and semi-automatic. The rotary head has a long life because of its oil-water seal. When working, the machine has no noise or impact force. The size of the work-piece forged is very accuracy and the life of the die is very long. The forging force of the machine is 1/15-1/10 of normal forging force.

The series machine is suitable for warm or cold forming of automobile semi-shaft and other disk parts.

Y32 Series Four Column Hydraulic Presses

Feature and application:
The hydraulic system of Y32 series presses adopts two-way cartridge valves. And the electrical system adopts PC controller. The press has independent electric and hydraulic driving mechanism. With control panels, the press has three working ways: adjusting, manual and semi-automatic.

The press is suitable for drawing, bending, flanging, straightening, press-in, cold and warm Extrusion.

If needed, the press can be equipped with stroke and pressure digital display device.
