AS
wire is a complex product made of aluminium and steel single
AS wire is a basic material in AS series just
like in AS stranded wire. ACSR/AS. AS series have the advantages of higher
mechanical strength. higher corrosion resistance if we make comparison
with the traditional bare aluminium conductors. so it's comparatively suitable
to be used in the power transmission line with the requirements of high
tensile strength, supper high voltage.
ACSR/AS is mainly used in overhead power line and AS stranded wire is used in overhead earth wire, also it can be used as tightening drawing wire for the requirement of high tensile strength. Single AS wire as the basic material is mainly used for the manufacture of power conductor etc.
According
to their conductivities, AS wire can be sorted out LB20 (class A, Class
B), LB27, LB30, LB40, their corresponding scope of specification is 1.25-5.5mm
(diameter). 2.50-5.00mm(diameter) etc. AS stranded wire is stranded with]
certain single AS wires, The specification is classifieds in accordance
with their nominal sectional area, the scope of the earth wire's specification
has 16-800mm2, also we can produce according to customer's requirement.
ACSR/AS is made of certain single AS wires and certain aluminium wires,

(ditto to IEC209-66), furthermore we can supply products according to the
