The specialty and main use of products:
The main products are all produced in accordance with advanced international and abroad standard.The cross-linked cable are manufactured by up-to-date drawing and compaction technology, the compaction factor is high and the cable has good water-resistant property, the voltage grade is from 0.6/1kV to 26/35kV.The chemical cross-linking equipment, the irradiation cross-linking equipment and silicon cross-linking equipment are all the first-class equipment. The largest cross-section area of cable that we can produce is 800sq.mm of single core and 300 sq.mm of three cores. Fire-proof cable consists of copper core, Mg0 insulation and copper tube sheath, the cable has some specialties such as fire proof, sound proof, high capacity, high operating temperature, good corrosion resistance and so on. Low smoke and zero halogen fire-retardant or fire-resistant cable consists of the component insulation which comprise XLPE and mica tape. The mica tape is two-side reinforced. The material of the sheath has high oxygen index and zero halogen. So the cable can effectively avoid the second accident in fire. In the flame condition of 750-800¡æ, the cable can maintain operation more than 1.5 hours. The voltage grade of airport lighting cable is 3.6/6kV, the cable is produced by triple extrusion, the insulation is cross-linked by irradiation, the operating temperature of the cable is 90¡æ. The cable are used in the light distribution system for airport. The voltage grade of the rubber cable for mine use is 3.6/6kV. For screen and monitor flexible cable, insulation and the outer semiconductor layer are produced by dual extrusion, the monitor wire is laid on the cable core. So they can take protective effect for the person safety. The communication and signal cable is used for communication line and distribution for telephone system, and used for low-frequency signal transmission wire for monitor and control system. The pair number of core is from one to eight, the transmission frequency of the cable is 30kHZ.
