Application: The machine is used to make bottle for packing of medicine, food, cosmetics and chemical products.

Feature:
Bottleneck is molded by means of thermorunner system and high pressure injection, which makes the accuracy of bottle mouth, bottleneck and thread high, as well as sealing ability, The bottles are no joint seam, No leftover bits and pieces are in processing, which can save raw material.
High efficiency of continuous production with the horizontal three - position swivel device and the construction of one mould but multiple cavities.
Using fame brand and high quality hydraulic elements, the system is of good performance and high reliability with PC control.
There are several adjusting links in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems to meet the requirements of different process.
Suitable for greater part of thermoplastic resins such as PE, PP, Ps and so on.
