Founded in 1956, Jiangsu Hailu Boiler Group Co. Ltd. is now the largest enterprise in China specialized in marine boiler and pressure vessel. As the CSSC (China State Ship-building Co.) appointed marine boiler manufacturer, the company was approved by classification societies such as LR(R.K.), DNV (Norway), etc. It has gained license to produce AR2 (Class ¢ó) pressure vessels, Class D industrial boilers and Class B heat recovery boilers, and recently got ASME "S", "U" & "PP" stamp and certificate of authorization.

JHBG's products are classified into 8 series, i.e. marine boilers and air receivers, industrial boilers, heat exchangers, welding equipments, pressure vessels, ¦µ159-¦µ3400 steel ends, ¦µ500-¦µ3000 ring forgings, JHBG has strong marketing force, for its marine boiler domestic market share up to 65%, steel refining furnace flue 60%.

Coal fired boiler
 Coal fired boiler:

The boiler is standard type packaged coal fired boiler, The evaporation capacity is 0.5t/h-6t/h.
Vertical cross water tube boiler
 Vertical cross water tube boiler:

The boiler is small-sized coal fired boiler, where water tubes are arranged crossly and connected to furnace, they are located in the same shell plate, the evaporation capacity is 0.08t/h.
Oil fired boiler
 Oil fired boiler:

The body consists of corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tubes and is of dry back or wet back type, evaporation capacity is 0.5t/h-4t/h; Water tube boiler features double-drum, evaparation evaparation capacity is 6.5t/h-10t/h, Both boilers are automatic control.
DC current oil fired boiler
 DC current oil fired boiler:

The boiler is used for test of valve the furnace is made up of double-layer threaded coils, the burner is mounted at the bottom of combustion chamber, steam pressure is 4 MPa.
