With over forty years history of machinery manufacturing,Yangzhou Tractor Factory,the former XINGHUA Tractor Factory,has strong force,advanced manufacturing means,complete test instruments and a perfect quality assurance system. MHA601 wider range dryer machine,which had been developed in 1996 by our factory, is so functional that it can be used in replacement of imported ones. In early 1997, DONGFENG-151CY KING of walking tractor series of new style were put out in order to meet the need of consumers. Now the products of the factory comsist of five series including transport vicle, wind-driven machine, printing machine and special-use equipment.
Our products are sold well in and abord--mainly in Southeast Asia. Since 1990, we have exported more than 10,000 sets walking tractors.

The
walking tractor Model Dongfeng-12(DF121) and Model Dongfeng-12CY(DF121-1)
of the YingFeng brand is of dual-function type which can be used as a means
of traction as well as p.t.o. power transmission. Its main specification
are as follows: overall dimension: 2680¡Á960¡Á1250mm;
constractional weight: 370kg; weight in service: 505kg; model of engine:
s195; the reteal output of the engine: 8.82 KW; speed of forward: 1.4,
2.5, 4.1, 5.3, 9.4km/h; speed of reverse: 1.0, 3.8km/h. The tractor is
suitable for use in paddy field, small dryfield, orchards, vegetable gardens
and hilly land of small indination. It can be used for plonghing, transportation,
etc; if suitable implements or accessories are attached. In addition, the
tractor can be extensively used as a stationary power station for small
scale dranige and irrigation, spraying, grain threshing,cottons ginning,
fedder catting, etc.
The
walking tractor Model Dong-151CY of the YingFeng brand, which is generally
known as the sound walking tractor, adopt 15-horsepower diesel engine as
its power, is of new type and low fuel consumption. The tractor uses four
V-belt to tran-smit the engine power. Its main specifications are as following:
constructional weight: 390kg; weight in service: 525kg; Model of engine:
ZH1105WB; the rated output of the engine:11KW; speed of forward: 1.46,
2.61, 4.29, 5.54, 9.83, 16.00 km/h; speed of reverse: 1.05, 3.97km/h; cultivator
shaft speed: 188, 256, 317r/min. It is very suitable for ploughing, rotary
ploughing, cutting the root of the crops into pieces, harrowing in paddy
field, harvesting and transportation etc. In addition, the tractor can
be also used for ground rolling or as a stationary power for drainage and
irrigation, grain threshing, spraying, generating electricity and processing
other farm and sible-line products etc. And it is also an ideal traction
power for shorts distance transportation in the countryside, workshop and
mining areas.
GM120 automatic printing machine of the "flat-net" kind series
is used in printing all kinds of towel and sheeting. It can print single
towel or print continually. Combined with ironer, dryer and steamer, it
materializes the flow process from printing, drying to steaming. Specifications:
color-process number:6-8. Position accuracy: ¡À1mm, Cloth-feed
speed: Face towel: 11 pieces/min, Bath towel: 4 pieces/min, the largest
distance between printed pictures: 160cm.
MQ140 velour printing machine is used in printing velour whose width is
not over 140cm. It setifies the technological requirements of carve-printing,
multicolor-printing and bright-colored flower printing ect. Combined with
MHA601 dryer, it meterializes the flow process from flat-ironing, printing
to drying. Its main specifications: color-process number: 6-9, position
accuracy: ¡À0.5mm, largest space between printed pictures:
160cm, productivity:6-8m/min.
Model MHA601-140(180) dryer is of the full-looseness kind, a high effective
hot wind dryer with spray nuzzles. It is used in the drying of fabric,
such as towels, bath towels, velvet etc. Its main specifications are: processing
breadth: 140(180)cm, cloth range in the machine: 21.1(25.6)m, drying temperture:
120-150¡æ.
Model MH7180 steamer is used in steaming and color-fixing of cotton and
bloufabric after dye-reducting and printing with reactive dye. It is of
the merit which is known as sein-looseness. It is of the merit which is
known as sein-looseness. Its main specifications are: entrance (exit) breadth:
174cm, box temperture: 110-120¡æ, box capacity of cloth: 64cm,
cloth passing out speed: 8m/min, necessary moter power: 2.2kw.
