Yangzhou Tonlee Reefer Container Co., Ltd.(hereinafter called TLC) is a large-scale joint-venture in China. In domestic reefer container industry, TLC is in number one position at four aspects below:

approval firstly (April, 1996, issued by CCS)
¡òGot approval certificates for
ISO 9002 Quality System firstly (November, 1996, issued by both BVQI &
CCQA)
¡òObtained certificate for its
thermal test chamber firstly (March, 1997, issued by ABS)
TLC
mainly manufactures standard sea refrigerated containers. Besides, it produces
various kinds of standard and non-standard reefer containers, thermal containers,
refrigerated vans, dry cargo containers, dry vans for demestic road and
water way transportation and air cargos for aircraft which are being developed
currently, etc.
TLC
has produced thousands of various kinds of reefer containers as per ISO
standards or non-standard. These containers have been sold abroad or inside
China. Its annual designed capacity is 10,000 TEU, and the present output
is 24 TEU per shift. LTC possesses
quite a number of world first-class imported equipments, including foaming
machines, welding machines & press brakes, etc. They were imported
from Germany, U.S.A., Sweden & Japan, etc.
Besides,
there is a structure test chamber, a chemical test chamber and a thermal
test chamber in TLC. During thermal
tests, data can be collected, arranged and printed automatically, and the
whole process is monitored by computer.
