Jiangsu Jingjiang Metalforming Machine Works, owing the right of import & export, is an enterprise specializing in pressing and forging equipment.

The main products are as follows: combined Punching & Shearing machine, CNC. Common Hydraulic Plate Press Brake, CNC, common Hydraulic Swing Beam Shears and Production Line of decoiling-smoothing. The annual export value reaches to 15 million RBM yuan. The products are sold very well to more than 40 countries and regions in southeast Asia, American, West Europe and so on.

Production Line of Decoiling-Smoothing-Cutting-Piling
Production line of decoiling-smoothing-cutting-piling: This production line are applied to processing coiling sheet with 0.5-3mm thickness and less than 2000mm width to be the required smooth sheet by decoiling, smoothing and cutting. It is composed of decoiler, straightening roll, cutting machine and piling device, and widely used to process all kinds of stainless steel plate, aluminum plate, silicon Steel plate, cold-rolled steel sheet and hot-rolled steel sheet with the reasonable design and price, unique technology, and good performance.

-Programming a product simply consists of introducing the characteristics of the material to be bnt, the necessary tools and the dimensions of the product. The optimising software searches for the best bending cycle.

product4 Series QC12Y Hydraulic Swing Beam Shears
It is adopted hydraulic driving, the frame steelwelded structure which has sufficient strength and rigidity. The machine is equipped with a power back gauge, on which a manual fine-adjusting, mechanism for blade clearance, a shadow light device ensuring scribing cutting operation, a counter, a sensitive and reliable safety barrier. It can also be equipped with a support conveyor.
