SHR- 1/2 WZ Reel-Less High Temperature and High Pressure Jet Dyeing Machine
The machine adopts a jet system consisting of a main and sub
jet nozzle and a guide-adapter to drive running of cloth and to change
its running direction instead of traditional reel. It can resolve the problem
of speed difference between conveying reel and cloth circulating, and avoid
the cloth tension. It increases the wool touch, springy handle and bulkiness
of dyed fabric.
Adjustable gap of the jet nozzle is another feature of the machine. The
jet nozzle has adjustable functions of flow and pressure. It could be obtained
satisfactory result in dyeing, scouring, bleaching and washing for thin
or thick fabrics of polyester, cotton, linen/cotton fibre and its blended.
Original design of rectangular curve in guide cloth chamber is beneficial
