Semi-hermetical Cooling Compressors

FSV2-F series semi-hermetical cooling compressors are produced by our introduce production technology and keyequipments of Japan Hitachi corporation. The series has six types, is 200FSV2-F¡¢300FSV2-F¡¢ 400FSV2-F¡¢503FSV2-F¡¢755FSV2-F¡¢15FSVw6-F.

The products are widely equipped with various refrigerators, freezers and ice-cream machines and other cool food machines in various eliminates. The compressors have good functions, advanced technical index and reasonable construction, small volume and weight and low noise. The parts of the compressors have high universalization. For each type, three kinds of agent can be used (R12¡¢R22¡¢R502), respectively fit for high, middle and low temperature cooling equipment. The compressors have high adaptability. The special auto oil construction can avoid the production of "bubble". The motors are cooled by inhaling steam, with high overload ability and durability. The material of the products are advanced, with reliable thermal treatment. The nationalized compressors have passed by the test of durability for 2300 hours by Chinese and Japanese proved that reliability is high. This series of compressors can operate 12000 hours without trouble in average.

It can continuously produce two-flavor three-color soft ice-cream, which is nice and cool, fragrant and smooth, full with nutrition. If dressed with various fruits, nuts of preserved fruits, it can be made into varied fragrant and high grade ice-cream.
